Butterfly Release Packaging

Below you will find some of the most unique packaging options available for releasing butterflies. Most of our packaging options, whether for individual release or mass release, are only found here at Swallowtail Farms.  After you order your live butterflies, please select the type of packaging you would like from the options below if not already originally included.  Our standard individual release triangle boxes are automatically included free if no packaging options are selected when ordering live butterflies.  

If you order individual release boxes, we will pack the butterflies inside of those boxes so they are ready to fly at release time.  However, if you order a mass release box, please note that transferring the butterflies out of their protective envelopes and into the mass release box or cage will be required within 24 hours of the event.  We will send the butterflies in our special 'transfer envelopes' to make it a quick and easy process.  Transferring instructions will be provided or you can also view them on our website by clicking the link.

• Individual Release Packaging
• Mass Release Packaging

NOTE - Mass release boxes are always shipped ahead of time (prior to the butterflies) in order to save on shipping costs, so please be sure to allow enough time for shipping!
